BIOGRAPHY
 
Mr. Singleton attributes his integrity to his upbringing provided by his mother and grandmothers in California, Alaska, and here in Houston, Texas. Upon graduation from high school, Mr. Singleton worked for a few years to help support his mother and then joined the United States Army. Mr. Singleton joined the military to serve his country, continue supporting his family, earn money for collage, and further develop his work and personal ethics.
 
Mr. Singleton served in the infantry in Desert Storm and was honorably discharged after serving in the Army Reserves in Texas. Following the plans he established early in life, Mr. Singleton used the college funds he earned in the military to attend Prairie View A&M University. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Social Work. Mr. Singleton worked as an Academic and Employment Counselor before attending South Texas College of Law. He graduated from South Texas after earning high marks in criminal law, family law, and wills, trusts and probate, participating in intramural advocacy competitions, and working as a research assistant.
 
 
 
 
Mr. Singleton opened The Singleton Law Firm with a desire to establish a firm of attorneys and staff that serve individuals of all races, cultures, and economic backgrounds with respect. Mr. Singleton believes that any person may find him or herself in a difficult situation at any time, but with knowledgeable and compassionate representation and counsel, that situation may be resolved favorably.
 
Mr. Singleton is married and has one son and one daughter. He is a God-fearing Veteran, and a family man who believes in the scripture that states you should do unto others, as you would have others do unto you.
